SH 130 TCO Model and Case study programs
Rethink Route Optimization with SH 130
SH 130 Concession Co. operates and maintains the southern sections of SH 130 from Mustang Ridge at the 45 split to Seguin.
To help carriers make data-driven decisions about corridor travel, SH 130 Concession Company’s data analytics team developed an interactive total cost of ownership (TCO) tool to compare all the associated costs — including fuel, labor, maintenance, tolls, estimated travel time, opportunity costs and reliability savings — of different routes through Central Texas. Our team is available to walk through and tailor the tool based on your fleet’s specific operations.
SH 130 Concession Co. is looking for fleets to participate in a case study to test our TCO model which includes tracking toll and fuel cost, driver cost, travel times, maintenance, on-time deliveries, etc. The case study would run for a 2-month period where SH 130 Concession Co. will reimburse for your tolls and administrative costs in exchange for data sharing. At the completion of the two-month case study, SH 130 Concession Co. would create a joint white paper based on the findings for both organizations to share as thought leaders in the industry on route optimization, as well as provide TxDOT with the data to support our initiatives to keep Texas roads safer.
